Package not received despite delivery according to tracking?

It can happen that a package is shown as delivered in the tracking information, but you haven’t received it. That’s obviously very frustrating, and we’re happy to help you resolve this as quickly as possible.

To start an investigation with the carrier, we need a declaration of non-receipt from you. With this form, we can ask the carrier to contact the delivery driver and further investigate the delivery.

What you can do

  1. First check whether the package may have been accepted by someone else, such as a housemate, neighbor, or colleague. In many cases, the package turns out to have been delivered after all.
  2. If you have not received the package, download the appropriate form below and fill it out completely.
  3. Send the completed and signed form back to us by email at helpdesk@minicarparts.nl.

As soon as we receive your declaration, we will start the investigation with the carrier. We expect to provide an update within approximately seven working days. You will, of course, be kept informed of the progress.

Important:
In the past, we have experienced situations where a delivery driver was wrongly held responsible in similar cases. We would like to prevent that, of course. Therefore, we kindly ask you to let us know immediately if the parcel turns up after all, for example if it was received by a neighbour, colleague, or housemate.
This allows us to stop the investigation with the carrier in time and avoid unnecessary steps.
