How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or Dachser. The available carriers, which depend on the order, can be selected during checkout in our webshop. On the day of shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking code. With this code, you can see the expected delivery date and time. For orders that cannot be shipped via parcel services, we send pallet shipments with Dachser. This applies to parts such as windshields and large frame components.
Pickup at our location in Hoevelaken is only available for business customers. Once the order is ready, we will send a notification via email.
