Information on Shipping, Delivery, and Shipping Costs

What is the delivery time for my product?
All products in our webshop have a stock status. Products marked as 'in stock' are shipped the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday). For products marked as 'on request,' we need to check the delivery time with our suppliers. Please provide us with the product number so we can look up the correct information. If a product is not in stock but has already been ordered from our suppliers, the expected availability date will be displayed.

If one or more ordered products are not in stock, we will wait until the order is complete before shipping. This helps us keep shipping costs low and maintain competitive prices.

Orders are only shipped on business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped starting the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. At that moment, your order is being processed in our warehouse. To track your order, you will receive a track & trace email once your order has been shipped.

The checkout page of the webshop shows the available carriers for shipping your order, along with an estimated delivery time from the moment we hand over the package to the carrier. Please note that delivery may sometimes be delayed by the carriers.

Have you placed an order but haven't received a track & trace code yet?
This means your order is still being processed. You can contact us to check the status of your order.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, Dachser, or Pick This Up. The available carriers depend on the order and can be selected during checkout. On the shipping day, you will receive an email with the track & trace code, allowing you to see the expected delivery date and time.

For items that cannot be shipped via standard parcel services, we hire external drivers or transport companies for delivery. This applies to large items such as windshields and large frame components.

Pickup at our location in Hoevelaken is only available for business customers. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a notification via email.

My package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time
The estimated delivery times shown during checkout are an approximation of how long the package will be in transit. These are not guaranteed times, and no rights can be derived from them. We cannot refund shipping costs if the delivery time differs from the estimate.

Please note that the total delivery time of your order may vary, for example, if we ship your order later. In some cases, the actual shipping time may be longer or shorter than the estimated time.

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but delays by us or the carrier are beyond our control.

Can I pick up an order from Minicar-Parts?
Would you like to pick up your order in Hoevelaken? This is only possible for business customers. You must first place and pay for your order online. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email.

What are the shipping costs at Minicar-Parts?
Shipping costs apply to all orders. These are calculated in the shopping cart based on the delivery address, package size, and selected carrier. For DHL shipments to remote areas, an additional fee of €17.50 applies.

Can I get free shipping?
Free shipping only applies in the Netherlands.

Private customers
For private customers within the Netherlands*, shipping is free for orders of €150 or more (excluding VAT) in parts. Exceptions apply to larger products/packages, such as bumpers and side panels. For orders below €150 (excluding VAT), shipping costs apply, which are calculated based on the package size and delivery address.


Business customers
For business customers within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders of €500 or more (excluding VAT) in parts. Exceptions apply to larger products/packages, such as bumpers and side panels. For orders below €500 (excluding VAT), shipping costs apply, which are calculated based on the package size and delivery address.

💡 Note: Free shipping does not apply to orders that require special transport instead of standard parcel services.

To which countries does Minicar-Parts ship?
We ship packages throughout Europe. Outside of Europe, we also deliver to Norway.
