At Minicarparts you have the right to return products. In order to be able to return any products, the return must be notified within 14 days after delivery of the product. You then have 14 days to actually return the product. The return costs are at your own personal expense.

Do not just send a package

As soon as you want to return one or multiple parts, it is important to us that we know from whom, why and which parts are being returned. Therefore, always use our online return portal for returns. For shipments that are not registered in our return portal, we charge additional processing costs of €12.95.

Register shipment in the return portal

To register a return you need the order number or the track & trace code of your order. You can find this in the order confirmation you received by email. Thereafter, you indicate which parts you would like to return and why. Finally, you choose a carrier, pay the shipping fee and drop the package off at a parcel return location.

Returns Processing

As soon as the package has been returned to us, we will process it. We will always try to process and refund as quickly as possible. Processing could normally take up to a week.

Exception to right of return

If you return a product, you must include all supplied accessories. The product must - if reasonably possible - be returned to us in its original (new) condition and in the original packaging. Minicarparts can charge a fee for used products, which can no longer be sold as new. It could be possible that this fee equals the selling price of the actual product.

Some products cannot be returned at all, due to their nature:

Products that have been ordered especially for you in consultation with Minicar-Parts cannot be returned. We will always inform you when a part has to be ordered especially for you. This is also visible on the invoice.
