I have not yet received an order confirmation

You have completed your order, paid but did not receive an order confirmation in your mailbox?

This can mean a number of things:

  • Your order has not been completed successfully: check if your shopping cart is empty
  • The payment has not been successfully completed: check whether the amount has been debited in your banking environment
  • The order confirmation has ended up in the spam box of your email account
