Information about shipping, delivery and shipping costs.
All products in our webshop have a stock status. For all products with the stock status 'in stock', orders placed before 15:00 on working days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day. For products that have the status 'on request', we must inquire with our suppliers for the delivery time. For products that are not in stock but are on order from our suppliers, the expected date of availability is shown.
If one or more of the ordered products are not in stock, we will wait until the order is complete before we ship it. In this way we keep the shipping costs low and we can keep our prices competitive.
Orders are only shipped on working days. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped from the first following Monday.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via the services of Post NL, DHL or UPS. You can choose the available carriers, which depend on the order, during the checkout in the webshop. On the day of shipment you will receive an email with the track and trace code. Via this code you can see on which day and at what time the package will be delivered. Special transport can be requested for orders that we cannot ship with parcel services. Think of parts such as windscreens and large chassis parts.
When do I receive my order?
See the table below for an overview of the number of days an order is on the road under normal circumstances. Please note that delivery can sometimes be delayed by the carriers.

Shipping costs
These are calculated in the shopping cart based on the size of the package and the chosen carrier. The shipping costs for a special transport are on request and depend on the size and weight of the order.
