Information about shipping, delivery and shipping costs within the Netherlands
All products in our webshop have a stock status. For all products with the stock status 'in stock', orders placed before 15:00 on working days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day. For products that have the status 'on request', we must inquire with our suppliers for the delivery time. For products that are not in stock but are on order from our suppliers, the expected date of availability is shown.
If one or more of the ordered products are not in stock, we will wait until the order is complete before we ship it. In this way we keep the shipping costs low and we can keep our prices competitive.
Orders are only shipped on working days. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped from the first following Monday.
When do I receive my order?
Shipments within the Netherlands are delivered the next working day under normal circumstances. Please note that delivery can sometimes be delayed by the carriers.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via the services of DHL, UPS or Post NL. The available carriers, which depend on the order, can be chosen yourself during the checkout in the webshop. On the day of shipment you will receive an email with the track and trace code. Via this code you can see on which day and at what time the package will be delivered. For orders that we cannot send with the parcel services, we hire external drivers to deliver them. Think of parts such as windscreens and large frame parts. No shipping, but picking up the order from us in Hoevelaken is possible for business customers. As soon as the order is ready, we will send a message by email.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands
Private customer
As a private customer, you do not have to pay shipping costs within the Netherlands* with an order from € 150 excluding VAT for parts. With the exception of larger products / packages such as bumpers and side screens. For orders under €150,- excluding VAT, you pay shipping costs. These are calculated in the shopping cart based on the size of the package. (€5.14 - €19.99). You pay € 59.95 for shipments that we bring.
Business customer
As a business customer you do not have to pay shipping costs within the Netherlands* with an order from € 500, - excluding VAT for parts. With the exception of larger products / packages such as bumpers and side screens. For orders under €500,- excluding VAT, you pay shipping costs. These are calculated in the shopping cart based on the size of the package. (€5.14 - €19.99). For shipments that we bring you pay € 59.95.
* Shipments to outlying areas (Wadden Islands) have a surcharge of € 7.50 - € 26,- depending on the carrier.
