This message is visible when the carrier is very busy (such as around the Holidays, Black Friday and Cyber Monday). In 99% of the cases, your package is simply handed over to the package deliverer. Of course it is always possible that something went wrong with us. That is why you can always contact us via the Helpdesk.
I have not received a track and trace email
The moment we create a shipping sticker, an email is automatically sent (by the email address you specified) with a track and trace email with the code and status of your shipment.
If you have not received it, it has probably fallen into your spam box. If this is not the case, it is best to contact us via the Helpdesk.
I was not at home during the delivery attempt
If all goes well, the package deliverer will leave a message when he will return or where the package has been left.
